Why Arvima exists.
After 15 years working in and around Dutch technical industry, I kept noticing the same pattern: technical project managers were being recruited by agencies that didn't understand the content of the projects. The result is predictable — wrong matches, frustrated companies, and candidates who leave again quickly.
Arvima was founded to do this differently. We can talk just as easily about a PLC, a transformer station or a wafer-handling module as about the soft side of a project team. We are honest about salary, commute and risk — even when that doesn't suit a candidate or client.
In practice that means: fewer roles at the same time, more conversations per candidate, and a long-term relationship as the goal.
