Permanent roles
The vast majority of our assignments are permanent positions — directly employed by the client. We focus on a long-term match: content, team, sector and growth.
Freelance & interim
When a client specifically asks for it, we also place experienced freelance PMs for project bridging or acute capacity demand. Rates typically between €80 and €125 per hour, depending on seniority and scope.
